the project
As part of the Westwing Studio Team I have been responsible for the replatform of the site which brings together Professional Designers to thousands of customers all across Europe. In our projects I have used TypeScript, React, Webpack, Node, Jest, Webdriver.io and Haproxy. We manage the deployment of our applications on Kubernetes with Helm.
technology used
At Westwing we maintain and develop a micro frontends based architecture with many server side rendered TypeScript React applications with the help of Webpack Module Federation. We use Node.js for bff backend service and we keep them behind a HAProxy reverse proxy layer. We deploy the application in Kubernets with Helm charts. We perform monitoring in OneRelic and Kibana
